We recognize the serious threat of COVID-19 (coronavirus) within each of our communities across the United States.
Our senior management team, clinical leadership and Chief Medical Officer are closely monitoring evolving concerns
and are taking every precaution to minimize the threat to our communities. Our team is complying with latest recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Health Care Association (AHCA), as well as our respective state regulatory bodies. We are also enhancing employee, patient and visitor screenings and precautions based on requirements from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) .

Salem

Salem Care Center is a one-level, 60-bed nursing facility, fully licensed in the state of Missouri. We are committed to providing personalized service in a loving, caring, and homelike environment. A warm, rural home nestled in a quiet corner of Dent County in Salem, Missouri. Salem is known as the "City of Peace". Close by is Montauk State Park and the Fish Hatchery. Canoeing on the Current River is enjoyed by residents and visitors. A dedicated staff who offers the warmth, wisdom and the experience of years of caring compliments Salem Care Center. We feel that it is the next best thing to being home.

We offer quiet accommodations in comfortable rooms. We have private and semi-private rooms.
